One
Session $195 (Includes Fall 2002 session)
Two Sessions $380 (Includes Fall 2002 andWinter 2003 sessions)
Three Sessions $565 (Includes Fall 2002, Winter 2003 and Spring 2003 sessions)
Please note: Registration will not be accepted without payment. We accept cash or cheque (made payable to “TWSC”). Registration will be processed by mail or in person on any Registration Day.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund minus a $20 administration fee if TWSC office receives request in writing before session begins. You will receive a pro-rated refund (number of practices attended) minus a $30 administrative fee when TWSC office receives request in writing after session begins.
In the event of, and consideration of my application being accepted, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I or any child included in my application may have against the Toronto Waves Swim Club and/or the City of Toronto for injuries sustained while participating in the Toronto Waves Swim Club.
I hereby give permission to TWSC to take pictures for promotional purposes. Names will be withheld.
